We have scoured the Internet for apartment communities and property management companies throughout the Fayetteville region and tried to simplify the search for housing for our visitors. For students attending Fayetteville State University, off-campus housing can be difficult to find and we will try to provide availability for you as well. The The Enclave at Pamalee Square is a solid choice for college students attending FSU. It's a short drive to campus and apartments are nice. The downtown is small and we could not find any apartments/lofts/condos that get good ratings. If you go on Craigslist you'll see listings for Regency Luxury Apartments which rent for $750/month for a single bedroom unit and closer to $800 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Morgantown Arms has apartments for rent that start at $700/month. When talking with apartment managers always ask important questions about lease terms, rent prices, how are repairs dealt with, are pets allowed, etc. Get a feel for the management style and read up on any reviews you can find online for a particular complex. Tenants will often post comments about maintenance issues, manager problems, noise, car break-ins and more that you won't get from talking to the manager.

Homes for Rent in Fayetteville, NC:We had a hard time finding quality apartments to rent in Fayetteville but the rental housing market is loaded with inventory and your choices are many. There are several websites that list current availability and allow you to see address, photos, descriptions, and floorplans. We recommend using a property management company whenever possible since they typically have a large inventory of available homes to rent and you can quickly find a match. Check out Little & Young has a complete inventory of homes, condos, and apartments. Plenty of listings - 3 bedroom homes for $1250 and larger square footage properties. Pennink & Huff Property Management has dozens of homes you can rent throughout the region. Choose from 2 bedroom 2 bath places for $650 and some really nice 4 bedroom houses for about $1400. Give them a call and let them know what you are looking for in terms of bedrooms/baths. They'll be able to find you several rental homes to look at so you can make a good decision.
