Colorado Springs Apartment Rentals

Living in Colorado, especially Colorado Springs, is a great experience. You are close to the mountains, skiing, all the outdoor activities and not too far from the major city center or Denver. Colorado Springs is home to Colorado College, University of Colorado - Colorado Springs Campus, and Nazarene Bible College. Beyond students, you will find young professionals in this growing city along with families too. Where is the best place to live? Commutes aren't too bad, so even if you live on the outskirts in Manitou Springs, Fountain, or Stratmoor Hills, you'll still get the chance to enjoy Colorado Springs. Apartment complexes closer to downtown include Boulder Crescent Apts, Cascade Park Apts, and Signature At Promontory Pointe. Just two blocks from the heart of downtown is Boulder Crescent which offers gated access, an outdoor pool, private parking, lease terms from 6 to 12 months, and it's pet friendly. How much are rents? The studios start at $640, 1 bedroom units are $865, 2 bedroom apartments go for $1165, and their 3 bedroom units rent for $1375. The website shows availability for each unit type. Riverstone Communities offer luxury apartment homes throughout the Colorado Springs region. At the time of this article they have over 20 apartment communities to choose from in the area and the websites list floor plans, pricing, square feet, and availability. With so many locations, it's a great place to start if you are searching for an apartment to rent near the University of Colorado (Colorado Springs Campus) or closer to downtown where all the activities are.

Homes for Rent in Colorado Springs, CO:

Living in an apartment is great if you don't plan on staying too long or are single, but with families it can be harder on the kids. The good news is that rental houses in Colorado Springs are affordable and many property management websites cater to families looking to rent a home. Merit Co. Real Estate lists dozens of homes for rent and prices are roughly $950 for a 3 bedroom house. A few of the 2 bedroom homes in their inventory are cheaper, but don't expect anything less than $725. Looking for something bigger and nicer, the Premier Real Estate Group has listings for 3 and 4 bedroom homes that start at $1250 and go upwards of $2000/month. You will find that property management companies tend to offer a big variety of properties for rent - apartments, duplexes, townhomes, condos, and homes. It's a good idea to contact a few of these companies and see what they currently have available. Tell them your needs in terms of lease terms (long term, short term), do you have pets, will you need covered parking, what type of floor plan, rental budget, etc. Once you have passed along your requirements for a rental they can match something up. Try to see at least 5 rentals before you make any decision as prices and amenities will vary greatly from location to location.
