Property Management Rentals in Chattanooga, TN:The big mistake that many renters make is that they don't utilize the property management companies that exist in the Chattanooga area. The reason they are such a great resource is because they often list much more than just apartments. You can find condos, townhomes, duplexes, and even rental homes. Unlike apartment complexes that only have a few availabilities, property management companies often manage dozens of properties giving you a much larger selection. Resident PM has downtown condos, lofts and houses for rent. Greyhaven Realty Management updates their website with the latest listings almost daily, so be sure to look at their inventory and call to make an appointment if you see anything you like. Walldorf PM has listings for several condos throughout the city - Cummings Cove, Northshore area, etc. Get photos, locations, a list of the amenities, and leasing terms. Try to view at least 5 rental properties before making any decisions so you can compare cost of rent, location, amenities, and management. The biggest complaint we hear amongst tenants is that "management doesn't repair or fix things in a timely manner". It's not always easy to determine if the property manager will get things done, but ask questions.
