Atlanta Apartment Rentals
Atlanta is loaded with great neighborhoods and excellent apartment communities. Whether you are a professional looking for a loft in the downtown region or a student at Georgia Tech wanting shared housing - we can help. For those with families or just young couples wanting a quality apartment experience, we suggest checking out the Archstone Apartments website with listings for Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and Decatur. Many are cat and dog friendly, have parking garages, fitness centers, pools, and good sized bedrooms and living space. If you are want a house for rent, we suggest taking a look at the inventory for Boundless Management. You'll find nice selection rental homes for all budgets. We know that young professionals like loft living and a great source is with the Loft Shop - a decent inventory of lofts located around town. The site is updated daily with new listings and all the information is posted right on the website. We saw some 2 bedroom units for $2000 and several others that were a bit cheaper. Atlanta is expensive to live in if you are considering the downtown area. If money is an issue, go a little further out to find reduced rental rates.
Ok, so the metropolitan area of Atlanta is huge and finding the exact apartment may not be an easy task. That's why we recommend using the resources that property management companies have. They often list houses for rent, apartments, condos, duplexes, you name it. If they can't find a place for you they can most likely refer you to someone that can. You'll find they tend to have dozens of listings for availability so you can compare prices, locations, and amenities right on their websites. MLC Properties does a great job with their inventory and talking with a representative from their company is a good idea. The Livingintown.com website also has a good selection of rentals. Looking for an apartment or loft - check out the Braden Fellman Group (see below). As we have mentioned Atlanta is a big city, so try to pinpoint a few areas you want to live in before wasting your time searching all over town. Commutes in and around the 285 perimeter have been known to be horrendous, so choose wisely and assume you may be taking public transportation to your job or school. Outlying areas like Norcross, Dunwoody, and Smyrna offer more for your money, so be sure to at least research rental costs in those regions.
