Kevinsapartments.com - The website was started back in late 2003 and into the early parts of 2004. I was going to college at the time and was having a hard time finding an apartment to rent in the Bay Area. After talking to many of my friends who were off studying in other cities around the United States, I soon realized that housing can be very difficult to find for college students. We want affordable rent, a good location, and apartment complexes that offer lots of amenities. At first the website was focused in on the college age renters and we soon expanded to try and help young professionals and families as well find a place to call home. Over the years we have acquired details on apartment communities, website links, and provided information on property management companies that search through their listings to find you the best place to live. As our site has grown, we realize that not always will the links and information be active, so please email us if you find inaccurate information or inactive web links. We appreciate the support that our visitors have offered over the years and hope to continue providing relevant apartment listings and rentals for many more years.
